ShenTrition - this well-balanced formula should be taken every day. It gives you many of the things you are missing in your diet. Monthly subscription available

Shen Tonic - this is our meditation formula. It will help deepen your practice by enhancing the underlying aspects of spiritual development (hormones and life force). Take formula as needed. Monthly subscription available.

AIM or Attentive Integrative Movement DVDs - this all inclusive and well-rounded approach to mindful fitness is more than an exercise program. It takes the best of yoga, and incorporates it with core work, strength training and fitness. This will definitely help with your overall practice!

10-Day Detoxing Tea System or the Advanced Herbal Cleanse - these products cleanse all of the eliminative organs and blood. This practice should be done 2 - 3 times per year, unless deficient, ill, pregnant, nursing, under a physician's care or experiencing extreme weather conditions.

Calm Tea - this formula is for those of you who suffer from high stress or have sleep difficulties. The tea is bagged. Drink as needed.
